Fraud

A number of offences are included in this category of crime. These include offences of theft usually by deception of some sort, forgery by the creation of false records and false accounting. Again these offences can come under the general heading of conspiracy and often involve large sums of money.

Fraud cases are often typified by large quantities of paperwork and association with companies both private and public. The range of matters that can come under the general heading of ‘fraud’ is large and often linked with other matters.
