Drug Trafficking
The term ‘Drug Trafficking‘ includes importation and exportation of drugs, sale both wholesale and retail or conspiracy to do either.
Allegations of drugs trafficking are taken increasingly more seriously in the courts of most counties of the world and the sentences imposed reflect this.
As with every other type of crime each case is considered on it’s own merits and evidence but trafficking offences have the additional hazard of financial confiscation with heavy additional penalties for failure to comply.
