Fees
Fees charged are competitive when compared to conventional legal advice services and lawyers, broadly these will be in line UK Legal Aid (LSC) fees but are related to time spent and work done.
For costing purposes many legal matters can be divided into ‘packages’ and fees can be quoted per package plus expenses plus VAT where applicable. An estimate or quotation for a package can be provided in writing in advance of the work being done.
As is usual, payment for legal fees are to be paid in advance of work being done. Payment can be by cheque or bank transfer.
