All discussions with and information provided by clients will be treated as confidential in the way that there is solicitor and client confidentiality.
Clients should be aware that the authorities could, in certain circumstances, obtain a court order for disclosure of information, documents and files held by any lawyer.
There is also a legal obligation upon all lawyers and others to report money laundering and attempted money laundering.
