Awaiting Trial
This is the most usual time for preparing a case for trial or a guilty plea. You will need advice and assistance to consider the evidence and advice your on your plea and possible plea bargaining.
Many cases are similar but no two cases are ever the same so time has to be spent on preparing for your case as a unique matter and not just ‘another’ file that has to be dealt with before lunch!
Some people will choose to be represented by the Criminal Defence Service solicitors for reasons of expense which is understandable, but will be able to supplement that advice by obtaining a second opinion from this service.
